If there are environmental requirements, nailed cartons must not be used. Especially the cartons of food companies, such as the cartons of McDonald's umbrellas, must not be nailed paper, but should be made of environmentally friendly glue. Straight umbrellas are the easiest to damage during transportation because of their longer length.
The following is the packing method of the straight umbrella
For straight long umbrellas, customers require no more than 12KG, 15KG umbrellas, (1 dozen = 12 pieces)
Packing standard: one dozen 1 inner box, 2 dozen 1 outer carton, usually not exceeding the standard.
Folding umbrella packaging is relatively simple
Folding umbrella customers require no more than 12KG, 15KG, aluminum ultralight umbrella, can be loaded with 1 dozen 1 inner closure, 5 dozen 1 carton, ultralight umbrella is large in size and light in weight. Do not exceed the standard.
Umbrellas made of iron and fibrous bones will be slightly heavier and can be packed in 1 dozen 1 inner box, 3 dozen 1 outer box.
Customers who do not have weight requirements, pack 1 dozen 1 in-box, and 5 dozen a carton without asking. Try not to exceed 22KG, otherwise the outer box may be damaged if it is too heavy.
Carton boxes are usually used: B33 single-pit boxes for inner boxes, A=B B=B double-pit boxes, etc. for outer boxes, and three-pit boxes are also used by customers.
Customers of GreenSource Umbrella Factory custom-made umbrellas in Southeast Asia specifically specify B=B for the inner box and A=B double pit box for the outer box, and the weight cannot exceed 15KG. The cartons cannot be nailed. They need to be made into environmentally friendly cartons. The final packing standard still needs to be treated differently according to specific customer needs.
